Prayers
Since October 7th, Israeli women of faith have reached out to God from the depths of their experiences. Az Nashir – We Will Sing Again: Women’s Prayers for Our Time of Need is an anthology of the artistic expression of Torah scholars, teachers, spiritual leaders, activists, poets, writers, and masters of creativity, who found the language and visual medium to express their heartfelt responses to life in Israel at this tenuous and challenging time.
This collection of tefillot, techinot, and piyutim joins a long tradition of Jewish women dialoguing with the Divine about their immediate experiences, in their mother tongues, as they seek hope and redemption for themselves and the people of Israel.

Az Nashir: Between Silence & Song
In the ongoing shadow of war, amidst the heartbreak and heroism of our time, emerges Az Nashir: Between Silence & Song -- Women’s Prayers for Our Days of Remembrance & Celebration. This volume includes over 45 prayers that focus on Israel’s national days of mourning and joy: Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day), Yom HaZikaron (Memorial Day), Yom HaAtzmaut (Independence Day), Lag BaOmer (Jewish Day of Mysticism and Celebration), & Yom Yerushalayim (Jerusalem Day, celebrating the city’s reunification since 1967).

Az Nashir: Ten Days of Prayer
A digital collection of original techinot (personal prayers) written by women of Israel for the Aseret Yemei Teshuva. The ten days between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur invite us into reflection and repair. Through this project, we hope to give voice to the spiritual and emotional landscape of this sacred time.
"Today, we stand before you, a more mature nation, no longer the Children of Israel. Overnight, we became the Parents of Israel, guardians to all our nation's children, and guardians to what remains of Good in Your world. --Alana Ruben, from her prayer "Independence"
